Structure :

Framed Structure. Structure & Designs are as per Structural Engineers / Architects specification and also designs as per vaasthu.

BASEMENT: Basement level will be 3’ height from existing ground level, car parking level will be according to the site conditions.

Flooring :

Flooring will be of Vetrified tile flooring (2’ x 2’ ) with 4” skirting. 
For toilets ceramic tile flooring with wall tiles of 7’ height.
Tiles will be of Asian / Somany / Anuj or equivalent brand.

Main door :

Teak Wood main door frame and teak wood paneled shutters with necessary fittings.

Other door :

All interior door frames will be of country wood, door shutters will be of moulded flush shutters with necessary fittings. PVC doors will be provided for toilets.

Windows :

All window frames will be of UPVC with sliding shutters with grills.

Paintings :

Main door will be with French polish.
Interior doors will have one coat of primer and two coats of Asian enamel paint.
For inner and outer walls one coat of primer and two coats of Asian Tractor Emulsion paint. And for
inner walls putty finish will be provided.
Colouring will be of Architects / Builders choice.

Amenities :

Hall / Dining: One cuddappah slab open shelf will be provided according to availability of space, size 1’ x 4’ four sections.
2 fan points, 2 light points , necessary sockets, TV, Telephone points will be provided.

Bed Rooms :

Bedrooms will have one loft and cuddapah slab open shelf will be provided, size 1’9” x 4’ four sections or wardrobe with two sections.
Each bedroom will have one fan point, two light points and necessary sockets will be provided.
Each bedroom will have an AC point.

Kitchen counter :

One loft and cuddapah slab open shelf will be provided size 1’6” x 5’ five sections.
Kitchen cooking table will be of granite with stainless steel single bowl sink.
In kitchen electrical points for mixie, grinder, light, fan, exhaust fan and necessary sockets will be
provided. For fridge one point will be provided in kitchen/hall/dining wherever space available

Toilets :

One western / Indian water closet in each toilet.
One shower, hot & cold water taps will be provided.
In each toilet one light point and one geyser point will be provided.
EWC Parryware or equivalent with slimline flush tank and Parryware or equivalent Indian closet
Bath fittings shower & Taps will be waterman or equivalent brand

Other General / Common Amenities :

Roof weathering course, staircase, overhead tank,bore well with motor, septic tank/Sump and
compound wall will beprovided
III phase wiring will be provided.
Common area lights will be provided wherever necessary.

Other Special Amenities :

Staircace will have MS Grill Handrails and Staircase flooring with Anti-Skid tiles. Invertor provisions will be made.

  • Telephone: one telephone jack in living room and master bedroom
  • Tv point in living/MasterBedroom
  • Rain water harvesting

    All electrical & plumbing materials will be of good quality of ISI brand. Wiring will be Orbit / Standard or equivalent brand. Switches will be Anchor Roma or equivalent with same brand metal box.

    Elevation and coloring and other technical/structural activities will be done as per architects / strecturals specifications.

 

NOTE : Additional Electrical / plumbing provisions or fitting / fixtures, Doors / Windows, AC Provisions etc will be charged extra as per the site conditions
